When you request a publication, join a waitlist, submit an assessment or contact the website, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, role, submitted responses and basic technical information needed to protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the document or service requested, verify submissions, respond to enquiries, maintain security, understand campaign performance and administer website records. Marketing updates are sent only where you separately choose to receive them.

We may send a verification link to confirm that an email address belongs to the person making a request. Unverified, fraudulent or abusive submissions may be excluded or suppressed.
Analytics and campaign attribution
The website may record referral information and UTM parameters to understand how visitors reached a page and how publications perform.
Your choices
You may decline optional updates while still requesting a publication. You may request correction, removal or cessation of marketing communication through the Contact page.
